For years, I have gravitated towards hair and makeup as one of my favorite past times (in addition to creative writing). In 2011, I finally decided to step into my destiny and be more intentional about it. After completing my cosmetology training and obtaining a position at one of the top beauty retailers in the world , I realized that I wanted to do more. I founded Read My Lovely Lips with a mission to spread my knowledge of the beauty world in a fun, non-intimidating way. Now, I continue to chase my dreams while stepping into the role of an independent contractor/full-time entrepreneur and using my real life experiences as the inspiration and fuel for content. Creating this blog was the perfect way to fuse my passions and share them with you!
